Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and The Conte Club both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. You and The Conte Club both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Indemnification and Disclaimer
By entering into these Terms of Use, you agree that you shall defend, indemnify and hold The Conte Club, its, affiliates, officers, directors, Users, employees, attorneys and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your violation or breach of any term of these Terms of Use or any applicable law or regulation, whether or not referenced herein; (b) your violation of any rights of any third party, including providers of transportation services arranged via the Application, or (c) your use or misuse of the Application

If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.
